The Fourth Annual Latin American Parade and Festival returns to Downtown Long Beach on Saturday, September 8, and its Planning Committee is seeking vendors, performers and parade participants, as well as nominations for Grand Marshal and Community Marshals in an announcement made today by Downtown Long Beach Associates (DLBA) President and CEO Kraig Kojian.
